I often ponder what separates the thoughtful from the non reflective. Is there really such a distinction? Or are we too harsh of judges on what is ruminative and not?

Foxy-Fit: The Slump
For the past few weeks, I have gotten out of the flow of working out. Needless to say, this is the suck. I have low energy and my body is all mushy like the bowl of cereal I’ve had sitting my room for three days (hella gross). Here are my reasons:
1. Busy (Escuela, Etc.)
2. Lazy (Hello, Netflix)
3. No Workout Buddy (Our schedules have been off)
